Mechanical Design

Our mechanical design team consists of full time and contract designers include Mechanical Engineers and Technologists, Tool and Die Makers and Machine Builders. These talented individuals are supported by a mechanical build team of Tool and Die makers, Machinists, Millwrights, assemblers and developers to ensure a great design and automation system.

Machine Design

All machine design is done with Solidworks. Robotic simulations are performed with Motoman’s MotoSim, ABB’s Robot Studio, Fanuc’s Roboguide and FlexSim.

Electrical & Fluid Power Design

The electrical systems design team of full time, in-house designers include Electrical Technologists are supported by Master Electricians, Electricians, Electrical Engineers and senior level Controls Programmers and Developers. Electrical and fluid power drawings are completed in ePLan. All designs are easily exported for use in AutoCad.
