Innovative Automation Inc., a leading ISO 9001 registered designer and manufacturer of custom automated equipment, is currently seeking a Senior Machine Builder.

You, as the ideal candidate, are an excellent communicator, with several years experience in machining, pneumatics, & hydralaulics. As a self–directed Journeyman with a Tool & Die, Machinist or equivalent background, you will rely on your vast technical experience to build custom automation equipment. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead fellow workers & be responsible for maintaining research & development from the start of the build until the job is commissioned. Projects are based primarily in the automotive industry but other sectors may include: consumer products, electrical, electronics, pharmaceutical & the plastics sectors. Some other core competencies of this position include: operating the machine on trial runs, coordinating the final development of the machine, training the customer on tooling changes, set-up procedures, maintenance & having the ability to travel & facilitate all disciplines on the job.
