Innovative Automation Inc., a leading ISO 9001 registered designer and manufacturer of custom automated equipment, is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Designer.

You, as the ideal candidate, are an excellent communicator, with a minimum of 5-10 years experience as a Senior Electrical Designer. You will be proficient with the use of software packages such as AutoCAD, EPlan, & Microsoft Office & have the ability to apply proper electrical industry design standards. Projects are based primarily in the automotive industry, but other sectors may include: consumer products, electrical, electronics, pharmaceutical & the plastics sector. The successful applicant will have the ability to prioritize & schedule multiple projects & time management with respect to all phases of a project. This job requires the ability to assemble & coordinate multiple staff when larger projects require team efforts. Reviewing the machine concept & function with Sales, Mechanical Design & Lead Builders is a common requirement of the job. Other job core competencies include: research & development, application & use of products involved in a project, working with a Technical Manual Writer & the creation of a complete Bill of Materials for purchased components.
